This car was owned by the U.S. government department of homeland security here in El Paso, Texas. It was an ICE motor pool vehicle and was not used as a patrol or pusuit vehicle. The mileage discrepancy was due to a data input error at the New Mexico DMV. The low miles are certified as actual. Typically these vehicles are used to drive to the inspection stations and occasionally to escort a prisoner. This car has spent it's entire life in the El Paso, Texas area. It has never been driven on salted roads. NO RUST. The interior is clean and has grey cloth seats and carpeting. There are no holes in the seats, instrument panel or vinyl trim. The power windows, power locks, AM FM radio, power heated side view mirrors, power trunk release, cruise control, tilt wheel and power fuel door release all work as they should. The 4.6 liter V8 police interceptor motor has awesome power and starts and runs great. The transmission shifts crisp and smooth. The brakes have been inspected and are good. The suspension is tight and the car handles well. The tires are in good shape. The air conditioning was just serviced and blows ice cold. The body is clean but it has the paint separation issues that are common with these cars (see photos). No accident history. We had this car inspected for structural damage and found none.
