Up for bid is my rare 1965 Mercury Parklane fastback. Bought from the second owner about 5 years ago. The 390 V-8 matching numbers engine was completly rebuild at that time. The only thing I had done, that was not complete with the rebuilt, was too replace all the freeze plugs and replace the fuel pump at the recommendation of my mechanic. (paperwork can be provided) I have keep the car with great care and I have only added new carpet, new head liner (with visors) and added a new custom exhaust with tips. I also added a am/fm CD player w speakers (under-dash not to alter or compromise the original dash or glove box). Car has 4 new tires with 5 new Magnum 500 wheels with spinners (including the spare tire in the trunk is a new tire/mag 500 rim) The car has had arecent resprayed with the correct Mercury color with 2 coats of clear (w/jams). Chrome is original and in great shape. Car has the orginal black & yellow plates and is currently registered with a clear title. Car is (other than the above mentioned) all original interior with a/c, tilt wheel, am radio (that works) power windows, orig (front power) seats & door panels. The trunk has the original mats and jack. Front seat is a split bench and that and the rear seat both have a pull down arm cusion. Car runs and sound great and is ready to cruze your neighbor or car show. California no rust car. SEE PICTURES I have set set a reasonable reserve on the car to cover my investment and to raise capital, as I just purchased a classic Mustang convertible.
