DeanGund Store 318 engine upgraded with heavy duty radiator, power disk brakes (from a ’72 new Yorker, so lower ball joints are affordable,) 2 ½” rear drums and a high output alternator. Engine was rebuilt in ’99 and car was garaged in ’02. The title is clear. It is in good running condition. Exhaust has a leak somewhere in the pipe. Interior was partially restored. Front seat cover for driver needs repair, also carpet. The interior window chrome needs replacement, and the replacement parts are included, they are painted black and need to be stripped and re-chromed. The glove box liner is missing. All electrical systems working well. Quartz clock works. Top works, but has a repaired tear in it. The body needs major work. As you can see in the photos, the car was hit and run in the rear, but the alignment wasn’t affected. Trunk won’t close; it is stopped by the bumper. Both door panel s have dents as well. There is rust along the bottom of the rear quarter panels. The pot metal top latches and trim connectors are rust free. The wheels are replicas. If you have a Fury donor, or are good with body work, this is a great project car. The top is too brittle to work with and needs to be replaced. The hardware is all there, and I can seal it up for shipping. Please bid accordingly.
