THE HISTORY The 328i HardTop Convertible has only 30,775 miles on it... YES that's right... ONLY 30k MILES on this SOUTH FLORIDA RUST FREE BMW HARDTOP CONVERTIBLE !!! The VIN is WBAWL13548PX19427. It was built at BMW's Regensburg Assembly Plant in Germany and imported into the USA at the Port of Charleston in South Carolina in December of 2007. It was sold Brand New by Braman BMW in Miami Florida on February 19th of 2008 with just 17 miles on the odometer to an owner who lived in Miami Florida which is a very affluent area. This 328i was kept normally serviced at the BMW dealership and the CarFax report shows the entires with dates and mileages. After enoying this 328i for over three and a half years, this owner traded in this 328i on a brand new Mercedes E Class Convertible at Mercedes Benz of Miami. I was offered the oppurtunity to purchase this 328i from Mercedes Benz of Miami, which I did, and I am now proud to offer this 328i for sale here on eBay. THE CONDITION It starts right up and purrs... She is very peppy and I drove it on the highway and looked down and saw I was doing 70 and the engine had plenty more power to give me. The vehicle looks absolutly amazing for its age and mileage although it does have a few very minor stone chips and a few very minor surface scuffs/scratches are evident here and there. The interior shows very little if any wear... the leather looks very clean and is free of any tears. The carpeting is plush. The tires on this BMW are the correct sized P225/40R18 88W's with approx 50% life left in the front and P255/35ZR18 94W's with approx 90% life left in the rear. Some of the rims have some very minor curb rash. I have one master key, the complete set of carpet floormats, and the full set of owners manuals. We feel the vehicle is ready to make it's next owner very happy !! RECENT SERVICE !!! This 328i has been normally serviced at the BMW dealership. The most recent service was on August 10th of 2011 with 28,835 miles on the odometer. The service included the normal maintenance, an oil and filter change, a complete brake fluid flush, the replacement of the cabin air filter, the suspension lubricated, and a complete detail. CARFAX & AUTOCHECK REPORTS !!! I have run the Carfax on this BMW and it came back PERFECTLY Clean but does indicate the vehicle was involved in an accident. It also notes the Carfax Buyback Guarantee. I ran the AutoCheck on this BMW and it came back PERFECTLY Clean as well but also indicates that this vehicle was involved in an accident. It also notated the AutoCheck Assured Buyback Protection. AutoCheck gave this BMW a score of 89 and notes that similar vehicles score between 82 and 87... so this 328i scored WAY ABOVE THE TOP OF IT'S CLASS !!!! What is very important to understand is that on both reports the vehicle was indicated to have NO DAMAGE REPORTED. Also, the information was only generated by a police report, not by an insurance company, which means that the vehicle was simply involved but not damaged and no repairs were needed. Also, we can not find any indications of any repaired damage, which is the reason we decided to purchase this vehicle to offer for sale... if we would have found something we did'nt like, we would have never purchased it.. and furthermore, the vehicle was given a complete frame and mechanical inspection at the time of our purchase.
