I bought this Mustang in 2008 with 36,000 original miles. The previous owner bought the car from a dealer who bought it at auction. Prior to that time the car spent its life in Maryland. The previous owner replaced the original plug wires, the cap and the rotor. He replaced the original Goodyear Gatorback tires with new Cooper tires mounted on new 16" pony wheels. The drivers side was repainted, I don't know when, but all the panels are are the originals. The interior is very nice, almost like new, and the back seat looks like it's never been used. The car apparently spent a lot of time outside and it needed a paint job. I had the car painted in the original color and it looks great. The automatic transmisssion didn't seem to shirt properly so I had it rebuilt by the best transmission man in the area. He added a shift kit and the transmission shifts better than new. I've replaced the headlights and one tail light and the stainless tail pipes. I also installed a new drivers side quarter window and have a new passengers side that has yet been installed. The minor problems are a small (about 1/4 inch) tear in the head liner, a paint scrape on the right rear fender (the metal was not affected as I ALMOST cleared the work bench), and the upper corner of the driver's seat back needs to be sewn. There are two or three very small hail dents on the roof. This is really a nice Mustang and is an unmolested stock car. The buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle and it must be paid for within a week. A non-refundable $250 deposit by PayPal is due within 48 hours of the end of the auction so please don't bid if you're not serious. The sale is final and there are no returns.
