Buying an ATV online can be scary. You'll notice in a lot of auctions there is very little description and very few pictures. In our auctions you get all the details, both good and bad. In addition you are always welcome to come check this quad out and ride/inspect it for yourself before the auction ends to ensure your happiness. If you were considering a new ATV please check this one out. It has only 162 original miles on it and is in brand new condition ATV This ATV is a 2009 Honda Rubicon 500 4x4. The Rubicon is Honda's best all around ATV in my opinion because it is great at everything; trail riding, hard work, hunting etc, the Rubicon can do it all. It starts with the 500 4 stroke engine that is liquid cooled. You couple that with the push button 4x4 and the best transmission available in an ATV and you get an awesome package. The transmission is the best on the market. It is a Honda fluid driven unit so no belts. It is a five speed and it can be driven as either a full auto or as an electric shift 5 speed depending on your mood. On top of that it has a high and low range so you actually have 4 different drive modes to choose from. Of course it does also have electric start and reverse. Of course racks and a trailer hitch are standard equipment. Of course you can shift it into and out of 4x4. If you are reading this you probably know about Honda's legendary quality. We get to work on every ATV out there and the simple truth is that Honda's are simply a better made product than the competition. Condition: This ATV is in like new, used condition. It has only 162 original miles and 48 engine hours of use. Its original owner brought it into our shop recently for its first oil change. We were so impressed with its condition that we made an offer to buy it and since he hadn't used it much, he agreed. And by the way, it received that service so it is completely ready to go. We would normally write a long, detailed description but in this case there is nothing to say. It is in amaizing condition. You will have a hard time knowing it from a brand new one and everything about it is in perfect shape. It shows no wear at all beyond beyond a minor boot scuff or twon from climbing on and off. So overall you are getting an amazing nice used used ATV at a $100 minimum bid and no reserve. You could go buy a new one for $9000+ or here you pick the price, what more could you ask for? No reserve and no “buy it now”. As for transaction details, We are MLS Powersports, located in Georgetown, Kentucky (40324). We are right off Interstate 75, 15 miles North of Lexington KY and 75 South of Cincinnati, OH. Our preference is that you pick this machine up with cash in person, but we will also accept a certified check or bank to bank wire transfer. It MUST be paid for (not necessarily picked up) within 7 days of the auctions close. We are willing to ship it but you must make the arrangements. If you pick this ATV up in person, we are required by law to charge you 6% Kentucky sales tax. We will provide the winner with a KY Certificate of Sales tax paid. When you title this ATV in your home state they WILL credit the 6% back to you and you will only have to pay the difference (if there is any) to your local sales tax. We do this all the time, do not worry, you will not have to pay sales tax twice. If you have it delivered to you, anywhere outside of Kentucky, you do not have to pay Kentucky sales tax but may still have to pay sales tax in your home state. The only other exception to this sales tax rule is a valid state exempion for farm/agricultural use. We don't need a deposit but if we ship, it must be paid in full first. This machine comes with a clean title that is ready to transfer. It will also come with a bill of sale and proof of being lien free. Canadian Bidders: We sell many ATVs to Canada because it saves you a lot of money. We know the paperwork requirements and what it takes to get it done. However, it is very expensive to have an ATV shipped from door to door due to customs broker fees. If you pick it up yourself or have it shipped to a border town and do your own border crossing you will save thousands vs buying in Canada. We also have a shipper we can direct you to who has many warehouses along the border where it can be shipped to and stored until you pick it up.
