This is an ultra clean cruiser that has been garaged and very well maintained and it shows! The exterior of this car is in beautiful condition. It has a gorgeous paint job done in a very striking turquoise with silver two tone. It was hand rubbed to a smooth as glass finish. The body is totally solid and is as straight as an arrow. It has always been an Arizona car all its life and is completely rust free. All the trim has been shaved and quarters have been extended. The rear bumper has been molded to the car and the taillights where moved to the bottom of the quarters with bullet lenses. The side moldings where lowered 2? inches to the body line. This car really shows like a diamond! It has a beautiful, all custom turquoise and white interior in it that looks amazing. It has custom bucket seats with a custom center console. The dash is all stock and looks excellent. Everything works on the car including the power top, power windows, all the gauges, lights and horn. It has a full custom sound system that sounds great. The white convertible top is brand new. Inside the trunk is also fully redone totally custom! Mechanically, this little beauty runs and drives beautiful. The engine compartment is all redone and beautifully detailed. This car always starts right up and floats down the road like new. There were thousands of dollars spent on this car mechanically, going through everything and making it perform excellent and very reliable. It has the correct 394ci engine that was totally rebuilt and runs great and the automatic transmission that shifts smooth. The suspension is completely custom and all rebuilt. It has a custom fully adjustable air ride suspension with hidden tanks and compressors. This was a factory air conditioned car but it does not have the compressor. It is also sitting on a set of custom 17" chrome KMC wheels which really set this car off! This is an ultra rare classic car that is only going up in value as time goes on and is one of the best years for the Olds convertible. They only made a limited amount of Olds 98 convertibles in 1960 and who knows how many are still left and none that look like this. All in all, this is a beautiful car that needs nothing to drive, enjoy and go to car shows in.
