2006 Volkswagen Jetta TDI 5-speed Non-Smoker! One Owner! No Accidents! Diesel! Florida Car! Super Clean! Looks and Runs Great! Amazing Condition! You are looking at my 2006 Jetta TDI with the extremely fuel efficient Turbo Diesel Motor!! This is a 5-speed manual transmission. I am the Original Owner of the car purchased new in May 2006. It is a Florida car! This car has never been in an accident and is super clean both inside and out. It is nicely equipped with the #1 Package including AM/FM in Dash Six CD Changer with Sirius SAT Radio, 16 inch Alloy Wheels, Heated Front Seats, Dual Climate Control, Power Sunroof (tilts forward and back), Cruise Control, Power Door Locks, Keyless Entry, and a Rear Spoiler. Mechanically, this TDI is in excellent condition. The diesel motor starts right up, idles smoothly, and has a ton of torque. This car gets incredible fuel efficiency averaging 45-50 MPG on the highway! The transmission shifts smoothly through all the gears and the suspension and clutch feel great. A completely new clutch was installed only a few weeks ago at a cost of $2,000. The A/C blows COLD and the heater works great as well. All power windows move up and down smoothly and everything works properly. Oil is changed every 5,000 miles with synthetic oil at the VW Dealer in Panama City, FL. The tires are in excellent condition with 17,000 miles on them. They are rotated every 5,000 miles at Sears. The 16 inch Alloy Wheels are in great condition and the brakes have plenty of pad life remaining. Cosmetically, this TDI looks as great as it drives. It has never been in any accidents. The body is laser straight and the metallic blue paint has a deep, glossy shine!! The interior is super clean and the seats are like brand new. The headliner is super clean! The car has not been smoked in, and you will be very impressed with how well this car has been cared for. The car is always kept in my garage. For safety, you will appreciate the driver and passenger air bags as well as the side impact airbags. Feel free to call me at 850-227-4237 day or night (reasonable hours) with your questions. On Nov-05-11 at 15:14:00 PDT, seller added the following information: When the clutch was repaired, it was done by a VW Dealer. It was a total replacement of all clutch parts inlcuding the flywheel. The clutch now has a 12 month 12,000 mile nationwide warranty at any VW Dealer. Come to find out that VW in Europe has a recall to repair this problem but there has been no such recall in the U.S. There have been numerous complaints logged on line. Mine's at least fixed!
