I am the 3rd owner of this 1995 SS Impala. Never smoked in. I purchased in June 2001. At purchase it was bulk standard with 85,700 miles. Mileage now is 148,792. The car has done just about 3k in the last 4 years and I have not driven at all since July 2009 and has not been out of my garage since. The car is in running condition with the following updates: Condition: The AC stopped cooling in 2005 - had the compressor replaced then. That worked for a while but it still had a leak. AC does not cool - it has a leak that needs fixing. The car is not Texas state inspected and I have removed my tags. You will need temporary 5 day tags or trailer to move. I managed to run my garage door over the nose of the hood recently - you can see this in the hood close up pictures. (yes that sucked!) The passenger side armrest is broken off the door panel - again shown in the pictures. The body work is in pretty good condition - no major dents or dings. All tires are very good. Rear tires have less than 2k miles on them - front about 4k. Features: I have added the following BOLT ON extras: RAM air intake modification. Bryan Herter PCM update. Flow Master muffler (with resonator delete). Clear Image Tri-Y ceramic coated headers. High performance HI FLO catalytic converters. Fuel injectors changed to Venom 735-HP-626. Air Pump delete per GM TSB 01-06-04-011. Included with the sale are two (2) spare wheels (full size alloy same as on car - have tires are on but old) Also included is a bunch of used spare parts and parts removed (air pump delete, home base air box parts etc) As seen in the central dashboard photo this includes an XM Radio holder - pre wired. I will also include the XM radio too! (it works, account needs reactivating) I will also throw in a OBD-I cable (for connection to RS232 serial port on computer) for monitoring. I have always changed the oil at 3,000 miles with Mobil1 5W30 oil and filters. The transmission is original (well I assume it is as I never had any work done on it). Rear passenger door drivers side had the window drop repair carried out. Other side has not failed yet. Purchased the car in Maryland in 2001 from Carmax (I lived there till 2005) and the car has a clear Maryland title. I have never taken to the drag strip. The car has never been driven excessively hard. This would be a fun car for a serious owner who wanted to bring this sample back to great working condition. A solid platform to work with.
