Beautiful 1969 Lincoln Continental Mark III. Jade Green exterior with green cloth/vinyl interior. Only 20,750 original miles. Very very strong 460 cubic inch engine (rated at 335hp from factory) with C6 automatic transmission. Car sat in a private collection driven less than 1,000 miles since 1980. 99.9% rust free. Paint is in very good condition with only a few minor scratches and door dings. Chrome and other trim is nearly flawless. Original black vinyl top is perfect. Interior is almost perfect. Seats look as if they were never sat in. Carpet is very plush with no tears or stains. All windows work. Power door locks work. Has the automatic headlight dimmer that works like new. AM 8-track player. Door panels are nearly perfect with the long armrests on the front doors not suffering the usual amount of warping/cracking around the door latch & window switches. Factory Air conditioning, but pump is frozen - likely needs rebuilt. Car was recently brought out of storage and made roadworthy again. Recent new items include: new rear brakes including brake cylinders and brake shoes; new thermostat; new radiator cap; carburator rebuilt; new distributor cap and rotor; new sending unit in gas tank. Tires are nearly new. Overall, this is a beautiful low-mileage unaltered original car that is ready for parades and cruising now. The only items that need attention is the exhaust system from the axle back (both resonators and one over axle pipe need replaced) and the A/C pump needs rebuilt and the system charged.
