Very nice older restoration . Previous owner went all out to make it spin the tires which it does very well. Has a built 460 big block, 520 lift cam,keith black pistons, good radical bumpity bump sound. Has New 3 inch exhaust with flowmasters. Has C6 auto with stall converter. 15" American Racing Torque Thrust wheels all around. Viper Red paint thats about 10 yrs old but looks very good still. Body has zero rust with the exception of a 8x12 square in the pass rear floor welded in very nice. Paint has a few bubble spots at bottom starting. Seats are new white pleated. Inside needs headliner,carpet and door panels. All chrome and dash is good. Gauges under dash so nothing butchered. Hood is a fiberglass Thunderbolt hood.Chrome on outside is nice with some pings over years but overall good driver quality. This is not a show car but a good driver car that can be driven to local cars shows and stand out. There are plenty of 62s but none of the rare tailfinned 61. In the trunk is extra chrome,a vent glass,some new rubber seals and window felts.The old door panels but old and faded. Car is as is where is. On Oct-28-11 at 20:37:11 PDT, seller added the following information: I have been asked about the rear end......I think the gears are probely 3.75 or 4.11s. It does about 3000 rpm at 55 mph. Car does not run hot, went 20 miles today and it stayed 180. Rear is a full spool posi and it will leave 2 solid black lines until you let off.....through all three gears. First time I nailed it I went off the passenger side shoulder.....it is a handful and stupid fast. I just sold a 440 magnum in a 1927 roadster and this car is faster ! Whoever built this car went way overboard in the "get sum" department,lol. Thank you for all the offers, some were pretty cool,just stuff I dont deal with.
