For Sale is a very clean 1984 Porsche 911 Carrera Targa. It is dark green with tan full leather interior. You can see by the pictures that it is in exceptional shape. It is virtually rust-free (see photos) and it drives extremely well. There is almost no wind noise for a targa. It has moderate rock pitting on the hood and mirrors, but other than that, the paint is in great condition. The floors and underside are not pictured, but are also in fantastic shape. The targa top is nearly pristine. It has a stock 3.2L motor and the 915 (limited slip) gearbox is in excellent condition. This car needs nothing to be a great driver for the person that loves targas, or is looking to get into a little bit older 911 but doesn't want the hassles of a major project. This car is for sale locally for $12,500 so we reserve the right to end the auction early if purchased by a local buyer. The payment terms are as follows: A $500.00 deposit will be due via Paypal or wire transfer within 48 hours of the end of the auction. The balance will be due via bank transfer or cashier's check (not Paypal) within 7 days of the auction closing unless arrangements are otherwise made.
