This is a very fast Chrysler Crossfire SRT-6 with 330 HP and 310 lb ft of torque. I have been driving the car for the past year and has been to much fun. The car was bought not running well. We did not know what was wrong with the car when we purchased it. I put it up on the car rack and went to drain the oil out and from what was left a bunch of metal shavings came out. I knew it was not a good sign so we took the oil pan off and found that the bearings from the crank had span in the block tearing up the block. I then proceeded to take the motor out of the car and tore the motor apart. I used a block from a "limited Crossfire" I had along with its crank and pistons. I had all the parts of the motor cleaned and put back together using the parts that were good off of the Super Charged Motor and Torqued and sealed everything to spec. My mistake was not using a pistons from a supercharged motor. The supercharged motor has forged pistons, where as the regular crossfire does not. Also, the compression ratio is different to compensate for the supercharger. Upon rebuilding the car I have had no trouble with it driving but some times it takes a few times to start. I don't know if changing the timing and maybe tuning the supercharger would help. I did not know about this difference until I took it into a Chrysler dealership after it was finished to make sure everything was good on the car. A couple months ago I had a small incident with the car and a small tractor with the middle of the driver side door. I replaced the door with a different door and had it painted. Also, the trim around the windshield, the door handles, fins, front grill, front and rear bumper were painted black. When we received the car the tow front bumper received some scratches so we had it repainted. Also the rear bumper was repainted because someone nicked the back passenger side in a parking lot. The Driver side marker light is cracked do to that minor incident. The front bumper is missing the driver side small grill as seen in the pictures, and fog lights are not included. ESB/ABS light is on in the car, and I found out when that light is on the cruise control also does not work. All pictures that I took were taken 2 days before listing.
