PLEASE READ INTIRE DESCRIPTION,AND THE HOOD DOES NOT GO WITH THIS CAR.IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS U CAN CALL 1-765 418-5161 THANKS1950 merc leadslead.this was actually a 1950 lincoln old show car.when i got it i changed it from the stock frame to a mid 70s olds front clip that accepts the merc front end.so it now has disc front brakes,power steering and so on.the motor came frome a 1987 caprice that ran and drove great.it is a stock 350 with air 4 bbl and 700 overdrive trans.it will need wiring hooked to engine and drive shaft cut down to run and drive.it has a 5 inch chopped top.back window laid dowm california style chop.rear doors open suicide if the car meets reserve ill also give you another set of doors that the fronts have been lengthened and the rear shortened to make it a two door if you want,ill also give you a very nice factory original merc chassis that has been cleaned and painted and is complete.the rear glass is in it and i have front glass being cut right now.if its not done by the time you pick the car up ill shipp it to you for free.it also has new rubber.ive got boxes of extra parts that go with this including all the chrome mouldings that was replaced when it was turned to a show car.the guy i bought it from said it had a 60 k restoration done about 10 years ago.I DO NOT HAVE A TITLE IT DOES HAVE VIN BUT YOULL HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF THAT.ALSO YOU CAN PAY WHEN YOU PICK IT UP BUT I WOULD LIKE THAT DONE WITHIN A WEEKOn Oct-20-11 at 19:18:37 PDT, seller added the following information: hey guys thanks for the bids,looks like someones going to get it.but i have had some emails about pics of the front of the car i did take pics but didnt realize i didnt put any on the add now its to late ebay wont let me change my pictures i spent the last two days trying and im sorry but the amount of people that have emailed wanting pics i just cant send everybody pics so im going to discribe it.theirs no bumper no grill and i think u can see from the pics theirs no headlights.it does have a core support made for the new style modern radiator and air cond condensor and they are hooked up to motor.as i said in the discription just so theirs no miscommunication.i dont have a title one could be gotten for it and i already would have done it but i wasnt planning on selling it.it does have the vin on the car and it shouldnt be a problem.also as in the discription i need to keep the hood.so thats the bad.but the good is if you finish it i dont see any problem in you getting atleast 25k or more out of it.i hate selling it.but hopefully someone else gets it that can appreciatte what their getting and enjoys it.and please no more emails from yo yos that havnt bid and probably never would telling me what they think if you dont like things like me keeping the hood.dont bid please i dont really want to sell it anyway but i need to.so please read all the discription so you know what your getting and i dont have headaches later.thanks
