This truck was owned and operated by the U.S. government department of homeland security here in El Paso, Texas. The government certificate has been stamped salvage. The low miles are certified as actual by the U.S. government. The engine hours are 922 hours. The front end assemblies (radiator, intercooler, ac condensor etc.) are in good shape. The frame,suspension and undercarriage are in good shape (see photos). The engine turns freely but it has a factory anti-theft device and I can't defeat it. The truck probably requires a VATS key to run. The truck has a good motor, transmission, transfer case and many other valuable parts.
