$9,000 or best offer. Don't wait!!! 38 Mpg!!! Up for auction is my previously repaired, 2006 Volkswagen Golf GTI. We purchased the GTI from an Insurance auction back in February of 2011. There was no frame damage of any kind (I have photos,) only bolt on parts were replaced, such as: Both fenders, hood, core support, radiator, condenser, headlights and bumper cover. These parts were brand new, from our local Volkswagen dealer. Airbags were NOT deployed. The car gets 38 Mpg and is a blast to drive. The exterior is the beautiful red. The title is currently still salvage and you need to check with your local DMV to find out what paperwork is required to register the vehicle in your state. DO NOT bid unless your are familiar with the process!!! The GTI is very nice, runs and drives great. The car comes with the typical extras of the MKV era such as, Xenon headlights, in-dash 6-CD changer, 17' alloy wheels, 6-speed manual transmission. There is a scuff at the edge of the left rear wheelhouse. The back tray is kinked. The heater blower chirps a little. All the front parts we replaced are OEM from the local Volkswagen dealer!
