1986 Chevrolet El Camino Barn Find This El Camino was taken off the road and stored in a warehouse in 1996, prior to that someone installed a 350 4 barrel Goodwrench crate motor and a 700R4 overdrive automatic transmission. Power Steering Power Brakes tilt wheel. The car has had the gas tank flushed, a new 4 bbl carburetor, and tune-up. The brakes were inspected and show 60% life remaining on the front discs and rear drums, and new inner and outer window felts were installed as well as a new carpet.. A set of Cooper 245/50R16 tires and rims from a Camaro were installed and the rear bed was painted with a fresh coat of rhino coating. The car has zero (as in none) rust anywhere and is ready for the road. The car is currently on California no-op status with all back dues paid, the title is clear and is in my hands. The car rides well and the front suspension is tight and responsive. There is a new radio that goes with the car but has not been installed yet, if I have time it will be put in. This car is being listed at no reserve and the highest bidder takes it. I will assist in shipping the car but shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense. The car is in overall very good condition, the paint has a few flaws in the hood and roof and is a 5 footer, it is solid paint just some fisheyes in it.
