Gorgeous cherrrrrry red Legend 900 in excellent condition with some cosmetic issues but nothing un-fixable....and only 1100 miles! Ok, here's the story...I bought it from the original owner who was stationed in Hawaii in 2000, he rode it for 1085 miles and then got shipped to Iraq where he has been ever since...the bike sat in a military warehouse for ten years with the tank and carbs empty...he recently had it shipped state side where I purchased it from his father and he is still in Iraq! Over all the bike looks beautiful, paint is great on the tank with no dents, scratches or imperfections, no rust in tank, fenders have a few minor scratches but overall they look great...the chrome looks nice in most areas with some spotty surface rust on the rims, the signals have some pitting but could easily be swapped....the rear fender brackets have corroded but could be replaced, some spotty corrosion here and there but if replace those items you'd have a near mint motorcycle again! Other than those items the bike really is a stand out beauty, that color red is THE perfect cherry red, very nice. Bike runs like a dream, took the carbs apart just to be sure and they were as clean as new, installed a new battery and replaced the fuel line and oil, add fresh gas and she fired up first try....runs perfect, what a smooth bike, a true pleasure to ride and handles beautifully....everything else is all good, bike needs nothing and with 1100 miles it's like buying a new bike without the eye searing price tag....$50 down with balance due within seven days....I will accept a check of any kind but it must clear before I release possession of the bike and title....Good luck!
