31 watchers on this auction now....thank you for watching! Bidding is going to get crazy at the end at this rate. Fresh pics for all the watchers! I bought this Bronco in 2006 to restore to like new condition. RELISTING as I ended prior auction in error while using my "smart" phone. I replaced the rusty body panels with new steel from LMC Truck, including the rear quarters, tailgate, left front fender, rockers and the radiator support and more. I had it painted and added a front lighted visor and rear wind jammer. That was several years ago. Over time the paint now has some scratches and minor dents... the removable top is starting to oxidize and flake the clear coat off the tan/gold paint. Body panels, paint and labor cost over $6000.00 I replaced all six shocks (Rancho) and the front springs. Replaced some bushings and other suspension parts that wear. I still have some brand new Yukon rear axle rebuild kit, new Timken bearings and seals for front and rear axle, control arm bushings, etc.... I planned to install...but it has not needed it. (I sold the steering linkages and tied rod ends) I spent over $3000 just for parts I wanted to replace even though it didn't need them all as I wanted it restored to new on all wear parts underneath. The transmission was updated and rebuilt 10000 miles ago. That cost $2000.00 Added a external spin on filter for the tranny as well as a tranny temp gauge. Replaced suspect auto lockers with good manual lockers and the push button 4wd selector still works on the dash once the hubs are locked in. 351 motor runs strong. Brand New Battery but could use new cables as the contacts are worn and won't tighten as tight as I'd like. The only reaon I am letting this project go is I need a longer wheelbase vehicle for better towing abililty. Otherwise, I'd keep this and continue to work on the restoration. I bought a suburban so its time to sell this Bronco. It still has some minor issues to finish fixing, that don't affect its operation. Some interior pieces need to be reinstalled, i have them but never reinstalled them after tearing it all down to repaint. I have a spare tailgate and fender that could be fixed and used....just some rust but I wanted all new and no rust. A Mouse ate some of the carpet on the tranny tunnel. Seats are leather, some wear on fronts...back is nearly perfect. AC blows cold but there is a vacuum hose in the system that allows a diverter to send the air to the defroster vents upon acceleration....once you are done accelerating it falls back and the air is again diverted through the main dash vents. It needs new hose and windshield squirters for washer fluid....tank and pump are there but I never reassembled the hose and squirters when the front clip was removed to repaint and replace fenders. I have a faulty O2 sensor that trips the check engine light....has since I got it in 2006....just never replaced it....does not affect the operation of the motor that I can tell. Little things like that, easily fixed I've just not made the time. I have the full size spare tire and wheel but no longer have the spare tire carrier. I have the rear tailgate trim but never reinstalled it as I liked it better without it. All parts I have go with the truck. Truck is ready to drive as it is regardless and it is currently licensed and driven by me. Can provide more pics if you email me your address. Local pickup only.On Oct-05-11 at 19:57:24 PDT, seller added the following information: Forgot to add includes Pioneer DEH4800 radio with removable face, cd player, 25WX4.
