***This is a Re-Listing from last week. I was away for the week on travel when I listed originally. I had so many questions regarding the vehicle and so many people that wanted to see more pictures or come see the vehicle that I thought it best to remove the auction until I could answer all questions properly. I'm also listing with more pictures and as accurate of a description as possible.*** This is PERFECT condition 2005 Chrysler Crossfire. After careful consideration, my heart now belongs to another car, so I have to let her go. I'm the 2nd owner and have only had it for a short time (so it's like you will be the second owner). This model is the SRT6 version of the Crossfire, with upgraded factory supercharged engine (330hp), brakes, wheels and interior. It is an absolute rocket and handles extremely well. Yes, the mileage is true and correct, 7285 Miles, total (Have put on 581 miles since original posting). No tricks here. Meticulously maintained with all service records. I could point our all three very minor nicks on the car....LOL. I have all service records. Car has been meticulously maintained. The changes/repairs I was going to do to the car was: -Replace the IC pump (intercooler pump) as these are notorious for going out on the SRT6 and robbing you of precious power. It's about a $150 repair. I've only experienced this once while driving, but wanted to replace it to be proactive. -Replacing all the brake pads with lo-dust pads. The car has such low miles on it that I found that the rear rotors have a bit of grooving because of the pads not being able to excavate all sitting dust. Eventually wanted to do the cross-drilled rotors. I haven't moved forward with these because it gives the new owner a chance to make it there own. If you are interested in a Crossfire, you will not find a nicer one with less miles for sale. Powertrain The 2006 Crossfire SRT6 performance story starts with a hand-built 3.2-liter supercharged V-6 engine boasting 330 horsepower (246 kW) and 310 lb-ft of torque. The 18-valve V-6 engine features a helical supercharger supplied by IHI and a water-to-air intercooler that helps deliver a relatively flat torque curve, delivering 90 percent of peak torque from 2,300 to 6,200 rpm. It also features a unique SRT engine cover. Combusted gases are routed through a performance-tuned exhaust system. Output from the engine is handled by an upgraded five-speed automatic transmission with AutoStick.
