1965 MUSTANG CONVERTIBLE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. The car was meticulously restored in the 90's and was appraised in Houston, Texas by Consumer's Automotive Referral Services and valued conservatively at that time for $14,000. The appraiser, Art Allen, stated "This particular Mustang is as close to a perfect 10 as I've seen in 13+ years of evaluating pre-owned automobiles". Since that time, I have owned the car for 12+ years and it has always been garaged and only driven on special occasions, car shows, Saturday night meets, etc. Originally, an "A" code car, the 289 was modified with a new Edelbrock intake, Edelbrock carb, cam and Dual Exhaust. The car runs and sounds awesome. I have original intake, carb, and many other additional parts that will be included with the sale. She has been shown and placed in car shows across Texas, attesting to the quality of the restoration. Beautiful baby blue with hand-painted pinstripes and a white power top in perfect condition. Car is for sale locally, so seller reserves the right to end auction early if car sells before auction ends. I am representing this Mustang to be in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition.
