Vehicle Detail
1956 Chevy Belair Nomad With a 1965 327, double hump heads, 2 speed power glide transmission. This 56 has spent most of it's life in Arizona and then parked in a Museum. The floors are clean and are rock soild ( all original) the frame is seamless. The car was painted back in the seventies, the body is straight. There has been two areas on the car were body work was done, one is on the bottom of the right door in the front corner and the other is on the left rear quarter in front of the tire NOT DUE TO RUST the car was dented and repaired. The rest of the body is all original metal. The interior is very nice all of the headliner bows and chrome around the windows are in excellent shape. The electric wipers work good and the heat and lighter still work. The 56 runs and drives very well and the front end is tight and it does not pull on the highway. Just installed 4 new B/F Goodrich tires, 4 shocks, master cyclinder and ignition switch\core. I have no documentation on this statment but the car was used as a push pull car in the sixties for a dragster and then parked in a museum after he retired. Trail hitch is still on the car and the push bar in the front was cut off but the braket was left in between the frame. Please call if you have any questions regarding this car 978 302 6105
