Runs and drives perfect. All options and accessories on car work with no problems. If you are looking to buy a CTS-V you more then likely know all the factory options and details about car so I am not going to go indepth and list everything. Just to be clear vehicle was in minor accident that put a crack in front bumper and headlight. Vehicle was repaired with a brand new GM bumper and headlight. Car does have a Iowa clear title and I do hold the title. I have no clue why VIN check states loan or lien on car. Also emission test check. Iowa does not perform emission checks on cars. Car was repaired correctly with no frame/structure or etc.. damage.
