For Sale 1996/95 Red Dodge Stealth RT I will be completely honest about this car as I've not owned it very long at all. Recently I had been commuting about 30 miles each way or 60 miles round trip per day at minimum, well previously I was driving a very high HP 3000GT VR-4 the sister car of the Dodge Stealth. Sadly it was mostly city driving because of where the warehouse I work at is, so I was getting 12 mpg going down hill with the wind at my back. So I purchased this little car to give me a better commuter, and it has been working great. I truly enjoy the car and I get 20 mpg in the city which is great, I'm getting well over 400 miles to a tank of gas. Its been wonderful and the gas savings have been wonderful, my wallet has been very thankful haha. So as for why I'm selling it? I miss driving a manual too much. I literally can't stand not shifting. Although its nice to not think about, I've been driving stick for way too long. I still start this car by pushing my foot to where the clutch should be, even when I tell myself before I get in thats its an automatic. The car itself is in very good condition and was well kept by the previous owner and it was a Florida car, so there is literally no rust on this car anywhere. It has been a joy to work on being in Ohio my cars tend to get quite rusty from winter salt and what not. So as for why I call this car a 96/95, there is a reason and please read this before even attempting to place a bid on my car. It is originally a 1996 Dodge Stealth, the last year of the Dodge Stealth. However when I bought it there were a few things I wanted off of it and I converted the interior and exterior to that of a 1995 Stealth. So its a 1996 yes, but it has the exterior and interior appearance of a 1995. So that is the reasoning behind the title and why I classify it as 2 years. Please keep that in mind when bidding, its essentially a 1995 Stealth with a MAP sensor on the engine. Although it still remains full OBD II, thats the one nice thing about it. Overall the condition of the car is good, I would not call it perfect or great by any means, its reflective of a well used 15 year old car. It has been well maintained, yes but shows sings of age. The front bumper paint has started to peel off around the very nose of the car. There is an imperfection around the drivers side fender and the door. The roof is dented in, although its hard to see, but I want it known that it is dented in. Also the rear drivers side quarter panel has a dent in in but it appears to have been smoothed out. So its not perfect but it seems to have had an attempt at repairing a dent. It still passes the magnet test so there is no bondo on the car. As for the interior of the car it is in fairly good condition, there are again some imperfections there as well. In the center console you'll notice in pictures it is missing two center clips near the radio and heat/ac controls. The drivers side door panel has some scuffs and tears in it but most of them are covered up by the carpet piece but I want it know that its there. The Spare tire did not come with the car and thus is not there. There is a Clarion headunit in the car and it plays CDs, radio an can have an iPod hooked up in the rear if you're interested in having that. It has 121,400 miles on it at the moment, but that number will increase as I continue to drive it till it sells. I has no check engine lights on, only has an SRS light on, I took the car to the dealer and they said it can be turned off by them for $70. He said so long as the sensors are ok (which they are) air bags would still deploy. Although over the years the air bags should be checked by the dealers and that is why the light is on. The car is in good condition the battery is new as of January of the year and has a 3 year start up warranty. There is a polished intake pipe in the engine bay, but I have the original pipe if interested. The car has a few modifications that I will list here: KYB GR-2 Struts on all 4 corners Ground Control Adjustable rear coilover springs Konig Tantrum 18 inch rims with fairly good tread on the tires Drilled and Slotted Rotors on all 4 corners Clarion Head unit an wires for a full system installed in the car Polished Intake pipe Cone Air Filter Tinted Windows The car is in good condition, but it is sold AS-IS where is, with no warranty written or implied. I make no promises that it would make a 3000 mile road trip although truth be told I think it could. I have taken good care of the car and it has been most if not all of its life, but it is a 15 year old car, please keep that in mind. As for shipping I can fully arrange shipping at the buyers expense, if interested or come pick it up yourself. I don't care, but I expect the car to be paid for or arrangements to be made by the end of 5 days after the auction.
