Vehicle Detail

OK, MORE PICTURES POSTED FOR THOSE WHO ASKED, AND A BUY-IT-NOW FOR THOSE WHO WANTED ONE. AND I REDUCED THE ENTRY BID. BUT PUT A RESERVE SOUTH OF $1000. EVERYTHING YOU ALL ASKED FOR. FAIR? I had the car at a body shop to have small outer panels replaced with steel, the floors addressed and the trunk. You can see in the pics the 3 lower areas that had outer damage replaced by STEEL panels from Moss motors. You can see a picture of the small cut-outs from the new panels. We did not even need to use the whole replacement panels. The shop felt the floors were NOT bad enough to replace with only a few small holes. See pictures. And the trunk was better than thought with surface rust from water sitting but was actually rather solid. It was treated with converter and the picture shows the small hole. I have replacement windshield and side wiing glass and a banjo steering wheel. Also have the original seat frames AND a set of later high-back MGB reclining seats that are usable, and comfortable, but also need new covers. So the car is about all there. AGAIN, ask if you want something addressed please ask. Can store for 30 days or more but you need to meet the payment schedule please. Original listing still posted below. 1964 MGB with clear title. Located in Southern California. This is a complete car that needs restoration. I had this car in line for restoration but for time and money reasons it needs to go, fast. I have been through the car and it appears about complete. I have seat frames and other parts. If you have a question about a part, please ask. It has a very unusual light blue color that I have never seen. You can see this in a couple interior pictures and trunk. The car is at a body shop to have a couple patch panels put on by the back wheels. Usual small area skin issues right there. These are a few pics of the car before it went over to the shop. I will post more pics when I get the car back. It is a California car but was left outside for a few years so the little rust it has is from standing water in flat areas. NOT road salt etc like east coast cars. Some in the floor and trunk. A few smaller holes in the floors at the low spots from standing water and some pinholes in the trunk from what I recall. . I was replacing the patch panels from Moss motors in those areas by the back wheel skin, but was going to have the shop just patch the floor with some small steel pieces. There are Michelin XZX tires on the car. I remember 2 good and the other 2 need help but they hold air. Spare wire wheel and tire and jack included. Looking for a quick sale. The car is well worth restoring. If there is no interest I will strip it out and build a vintage race car. Good candidate for this. What you spend on interior panels and upholstery you can use to prep the car for the track. I have a 100% feedback for being fair. Sold as-is please for this kind of money. The car would part out for twice this money but I want it leaft in one piece. Ensure it is the car you have been waiting for. No regrets. As with anything I have for sale, items are NOT only available on ebay. Engine Number 18G-U-H 2056 Can store the car for an extended period of time but it must be paid on time. It is the money we need. The car can sit here. PLEASE meet the payment schedule or we will move to the next bidder.
