This is a repossessed vehicle that I am listing for the Lender. The vehicle is sold as is with NO WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. I will attempt to describe the vehicle to the best of knowledge based on information the lender has provided, personal observation and test drive if applicable. If you have any questions that are not answered by me in this listing please feel free to contact me and I will get you an answer. The vehicles have not been inspected by a mechanic. They are used vehicles and the only thing known for certain is that the owner did not pay for them. Motor: Motor runs good. Has very good power. I personally drove the car about 40 miles with no issues. After having the car sit for a couple of weeks the car seems to be idling to low and shuts off when just sitting. No problems when driving. Transmission: Transmission seems to shift fine. Exterior: There is a dent in the driver’s side rear ¼ panel (see pic). The paint has several faded spots. The tail light is cracked by the dent. Interior: The interior is very dirty and needs a good detailing. There were definitely small children in this car and they dropped several snacks and such. The driver seat is broken. The electric switch will move up and down but not back. Tires: The tires have limited tread left. Brakes: The brakes are bad. You will need a brake job. Electrical: The power windows and locks work. The a/c blows cold. No warning lights are on. There is no buy it now price and the auction will run to term. The winning bidder must pay a $250.00 deposit, via PayPal within 48 hours of auction close. The remaining amount must be paid by certified funds, or cash in person within 7 days of auction end. We only sell to buyers in the United States. We do not ship nor deliver. All pickup or shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not collect sales tax or provide drive out tags as we are not a car dealer. The Buyer is responsible for any sales tax or registration fees applicable to their home state.
