Hello up for auction is a 89 chevy silverado 4x4. It is a reg cab 8ft box. It is 2tone blue and silver with blue cloth interior. Has a full tube headache rack and towing package with a 8pin plug set up. Its an automatic has pw,pl it has air but may need to be recharged. It does blow out cold but not like new car cold but it works with no leaks or anything. The truck itself has a 183.000 miles but the engine has a little over 55,000. It came with a 5.0 from the factory but has a 5.7 350 in it now. It comes with a 8ft meyers hydro turn plow. The plow was installed 2 years ago after my other chevy went down so it has only been on for 2 seasons. I only plow my driveway and my parents never used it for commercial or anything so it has not seen much use. As you can see from the pictures it is a 4 spring set up very heavy duty nice paint and stickers still on it does have a set of brackets to put a wing on if you like but I never did. It also has a polly front on it so it will never rust crack or brake and the snow slides right off (not like the metal ones where the snow sticks). Truck has a set of off road lights on the plow frame super bright. The plow pump was all gone thru both years as was the rams. This truck pushes snow great. The controls are set up now so I just set it on the seat but you can mount them on the dash if you like, I just find it easier this way. The body is not to bad the cab corners are rusty and the rockers and some on the front wheel wells but the bed was replaced a few years back with a brand new one so all in all not 2 bad. The doors all close as does the tail gate work right (as you know that is not the case on most chevy's lol) The frame is all good no cracks or bends as I said only installed the plow 2 years back. It runs really nice sounds good has a little rumble to it. Has many many new parts all new brakes all the way around new brake booster,battery cables newer alt, and starter. Installed a sunpro gauge set. Only 2 things that do not work on this truck is the radio not sure why and the gas gauge it is stuck on full all the time we replaced the fuel pump a few years ago (that is why we put a new bed on already had it off) and the fuel gauge worked then just the last 6 months or so just went up and never came back down!!! The shocks and a fresh tune up at the shop. plugs wires cap router oil change that sort of stuff. As i said runs out good goes down the road straight no problems at all with that. I mainly used it for running our boat out to the lake about 5 miles away sometimes runner up into town and the snowplowing which in the past couple years hasn't amounted to much (thank god lol) It has aluminum ARE rims and tires are decent nothing to brag about but Id say half tread and a little cracking but 8ply so good for a long while yet. All in all a pretty nice chevy 4x4 kicks right in (New acuater) plenty of power. Will do everything you need. Also installed a new bed liner when we put in the new bed. Paint nice (was repainted a few years ago) shiny not to many scratches or dings pretty straight!! No bond or fillers. Interior is very nice very clean 1 small hole in driver seat but its a 89 so its not perfect. A small crack in the pass side corner of the windshield (it was a chip many many years ago but its hardly noticable but want you to know its there. Just don't need it anymore we bought a new truck and had a new plow put on only reason I'm selling is looking to buy my daughter her first car and I just don't use it so does not warrant plates and insurance for it anymore.
