1984 Honda Gold Wing

Have fun touring the roads on this well kept Gold Wing that is ready for the highways. I got this Gold Wing from the second owner who had it for many years and traveled all over the US with it. He always kept it garaged, and only sold it due to health issues that prevented him from continuing to ride. Personally, I rode this bike nearly 800 miles within the first 24 hours of owning it. It is nice to be able to carry all my "stuff" in the luggage side compartments and trunk. I'm going to try and list some of the features it has, but it may have features I overlook, so please ask if you want to know more... Stereo with cassette player with handlebar controls CB radio with intercom pre-wired for plug ins. ( I do not have an intercom system with this) Electronic gauges including water temp, gasoline, speedo, and tach. Throttle lock (cruise) Air compressor with output valve (able to pump up your tires anywhere!) Air shocks Shaft Drive Leather seats (good condition with only very minor blemishes.) More that I can't really think of right now... This bike is like riding the couch powered by a singer sewing machine it is quiet and fun to ride. It corners very well and gold wings are known for their excellent handling charactherictics. I'm selling it because I found another bike on eBay that I just "Had" to have, and can't ride two bikes at once! There are a few little TLC items that I would do to this bike if I were keeping it... 1. One of the stereo covers needs remounting with a new rubber grommet on the dash. 2. The radiator fan needs a new heat sensor switch. I have the part, but have not installed it. 3. The front brake hose feels soft and should be replaced. It works, but I would just like to replace it. 4. There is a missing lock on one side of the luggage trunk. None of these items woudl keep me from making a road trip as it stands right now, but I mention them in the interest of full disclosure. The bike sounds and runs great. Check my feedback and bid with confidence. Plus this bike is cheap enough that you can't really go too wrong...you'll have a blast riding it!
