Vehicle Detail

I have a new old stock drive belt for your 1981 or 1982 ONLY Honda Expres SR NX50 scooter, the blue and red ones. This belt WILL NOT FIT any other Honda Express bike, any Hondo scooter/Moped. This belt was made specific to this scooter. This belt is long out of production. NO Honda dealer has them, you will not find them on any Honda site, any restoration sites. You will not find this belt in any car parts shop. The tolerances for this belt on the pullies of the bike are so little that no other belt will fit and work properly on the bike. The belt can be put on with out removing the pullies. Sorta like trying to get a new bike tire over the rim on your ten speed. This site is a great site for vintage Jap. bikes of most any type. Note for this bike, 81/82 this belt IS NOT AVAIL. I have watched for this bike religiously for many years on ebay and googled it every which way, never a new one or a used one anymore. Note to the wise. Make sure your front and back pullies (along with belt found inside left side black metal cover) are clean and smooth as a babies butt. Any rust, pitting, anything like that will grind these belts down in no time. I learned the hard way. It took me years to find 3 belts. 1st lost to rusty pulley, see above, 2nd one is one bike now (sold) so I have this spare unused belt. No dry rot, belt is good shape but is old new stock. Again I can not stress enough your pullies, two small ones in front and bigger in back MUST BE smooth as new or the belt will not last long. As I recall the belt as a 2mm tolerance before it starts to slip. Looking to restore yours, this is a must. Yours feels like a slipping transmision where when you try to speed up and the rpms go up but you dont move, the belt is slipping. Free shipping in the USA, 5 dallors more added to winning bid outside the USA. NO REFUNDS. I can't assume you have a non properally working pulley system that didn't eat the belt!
