This is a no reserve auction On Sep-07-11 at 10:15:06 PDT, seller added the following information: There have been a couple of questions from the report, asking about the state of the title. I have the title and added a picture of it, just to clear up any confusion. Not sure why the report would make that questionable. The car has been paid off for two years now. Thank you On Sep-07-11 at 19:54:36 PDT, seller added the following information: Last details, I took the car in to make sure all was well and was told the brakes were close enough that they should be redone, so the car has new brakes as of today. Also, the battery was replaced at the very beginning of the year, lasted 3 1/2 years which is a pretty good life. Also, the dealership said that the cruise control 'button' on the steering wheel was not staying on when switched and needed to be replaced. This IS covered under the warranty, with a deductible, and it would have been fixed today but the part takes 2 weeks to get to the dealer to replace. That will have to be done by the owner as the car will be sold before the part would come in. On Sep-08-11 at 10:46:37 PDT, seller added the following information: Today I placed a rush order on the cruise control switch so it will be replaced before the car sells, couldn't leave something undone.
