This motorcycle was preordered and purchased brand new by a very good customer of ours. He has purchased multiple vehicles and motorcycles from us over the years and keeps them either at his home in New York or his home in South Florida. This motorcycle is currently located at his home in New York and will need to be picked up by you or by your transport company there. We are facilitating the sale of the motorcycle for him, you will pay us (Accelerated Auto Inc - a licensed FL vehicle & motorcycle dealership), and the title (which has been transferred from the current owner to our company) will be transferred from our company to you. The reason for the sale of this bike is that it was preordered with the specific intent to use it on a trip through the Pacific Northwest and Canada; but it did not arrive in time. His intent was always to sell it after the long trip, so once it did arrive, he decided to enjoy it for a few rides, put on the 1400 miles, but is now selling it as planned. Below is the auction information written and supplied by the current owner: Up for auction is a 2012 K1600GTL, the most advanced touring motorcycle on the planet. I was number 538 on the preorder list and took delivery of the motorcycle in the middle of July 2011. This motorcycle has approximately 1,450 miles on it and is in “as new” condition. The tires are Metzler Roadtec Z8's. The BMW first service was recently performed at the local dealer. It is Royal Blue Metallic, which if you have not seen in person, reads almost black in color. Danny’s father ran the business before him and Danny took over from him about 10 years ago. Danny has been riding and servicing BMW motorcycles for over 10 years as well. Danny has his own collection of over 12 BMW bikes. Danny has been riding for over 25 years. Jason started as a salesman with a large MercedesBenz dealership and was then recruited to become the Internet Sales Manager at one of the largest Jaguar dealerships in the country. He was then recruited to become the Internet Sales Manager at the largest Porsche/Audi Dealership in the world. Jason just recently left the Audi dealership to concentrate full time on Accelerated Auto. Jason has over 10 year’s experience of selling vehicles on eBay. Buyer pays shipping. We can help with some phone numbers for shippers, but will not hire them for you. Buyer must provide at least a $500 deposit via Paypal, bank wire transfer, or bank cashiers check within 24 hours of auction end and balance must be paid by bank wire transfer or bank cashiers check within 5 days thereafter. If Paypal is used for deposit... it will only be considered a holding deposit but not as actual funds. The entire balance must be paid by bank wire or bank cashiers check and the paypal deposit will be refunded. A $260 FL Dealer fee applies to this motorcycle regardless of if you live in FL or not and it will be sold through our business. We currently own the motorcycle under our company so it must be sold under our company, no exceptions. If you live in FL, you will pay us 6% sales tax and DMV fees. If you live elsewhere you do that on your own. Deposit in non-refundable for deal noncompletion. Dealers still need to pay dealer fee.
