This is one of the early 4 door German Made MK4 Golfs from late 1999. It came as a 2.0 liter which I gradually transformed into a 24 valve VR6 turbo with a 4motion 6 speed transmission. I never got the rear portion of the drive line system, so it is running as a FWD. Last week the engine sucked a valve on start-up the other day, and I am retiring my project. Needless to say, this vehicle is NOT RUNNING. The valve got sucked at about 600 rpm, so there is a chance that minimal or no damage happened other than ruining a valve. I am selling it in the hopes that some lucky builder will love getting their hands on the car for the parts. Needless to say, I am not expecting to get anywhere near what it is worth, but hope it can go to a good home.
