A non-refundable $500 deposit is due via PayPal or wire transfer within 48 hours of auction close. All inspections must be performed prior to auction close. There are many local facilities that will inspect this vehicle for a small fee prior to the auction close. If you have a relative that lives close by, we highly recommend and welcome them to inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. No inspections will be performed after the auction has ended. At that time the high bidder is obligated to purchase the vehicle. Payment must be received and CLEARED through our business bank account prior to the vehicle and title leaving our possession. Bank checks and certified checks are not like cash and do take several days to clear, so they must be sent in advance of your arrival to pickup your vehicle if that is the method you plan on paying and you choose to pick up the vehicle personally. All vehicles are sold as-is, where-is with only the warranty remaining by the manufacturer if one still exists. The transaction takes place in Lee County in the state of Florida. Florida laws only govern the sale of this vehicle, and buyer agrees to the jurisdiction of the 20th circuit court of Lee County, Florida in regards to all legal matters governing this sale. Buyer agrees that no other judicial body shall have jurisdiction over the sale of this vehicle. All sales are final.
