2002 Honda Magna

Up for auction is my 2002 Honda Magna. I have owned this bike for going on 6 years. I bought it as the second owner, the first owner put about 2,000 miles on it. It has been dead reliable and NEVER given me any issues. The bike's dry weight is about 500 lbs and has a seat height of 28 inches. I have added a passenger back rest, a luggage rack and highway pegs. The bike has a range of about 100 miles per tank of gas with about 25-35 miles in reserve. I usually get around 45 mpg. I replaced both tires two seasons ago with Metzler 880 marathons, a big improvement over the stock tires, and I would estimate they have 4-5,000 miles of tread left on them. This bike has never been down. It has one very small cosmetic flaw on the tank, see the picture at bottom of tank below the M and A of Magna, there is a rock chip. This is not noticeable if you are standing next to bike, only if you are kneeling. I am selling because I recently purchased a bagger for longer distance rides with the Mrs. This would be a great bike for someone looking to get into motorcycles at a lower price. It has the power you'll ever need at the top end to keep you satisfied for years, but is forgiving enough off the line to help someone learn to ride a medium sized bike. This will be a great bike for someone. I have title in hand, which you will receive with the bike at the time full payment is made.
