Up for sale is a working 1956 Desoto Firedome 4 door Sedan. It runs, drives, brakes, and steers. The original 331 Hemi engine has been rebuilt. It's had very little mileage, but over a year since the rebuild. In order for it to be a daily driver, it would need a gas tank (it's running off of a boat tank in the trunk), a trunk floor, a little brake work, some carb tinkering, and valve cover gaskets. The interior is all original, and not ripped. It is, however, faded. It comes with extras to include hubcaps, 4bbl intake and carb, oil bath air cleaner, lots of chrome trim, extra back glass, etc. This is a perfect restoration project, which is exactly what my plan was. Finances have changed, and so has my plan. I will try to set the reserve low. It is way below the lowest number shown on NADA for this car. Thanks for looking and bidding.
