Vehicle Detail
This is a very nice 1974 CB750 that I purchased off EBay a few months back. I rode it once and decided it is too big of a bike for me, so it has been sitting in my garage since then. I've picked up some handlebars, manuals, and bullet air filters to go with it as well. Here is a recent (shaky) YouTube Video The bike sounds amazing, has a great look, and is very clean. It may need a tune-up but otherwise it is excellent. I can coordinate with your shipper, but they will have to come pick it up. The previous owner's description is below. --------------Honda CB750 1974 K4Clean TitleFrame# 2353788Excellent Rider!Original Paint, No DentsClean Tank, no linerGood ChromeFresh Stock K2 MotorEngine# 2233050Carbs Synced The Motor:Came from a K2 with 4,900 miles on it. I had it pulled apart and inspected by old school dealership mechanic friend of mine, who used to work on and race these and other bikes from this era when they were new.I had the cylinders honed, re-ringed the stock pistons, head pulled apart and cleaned, valves lapped, transmission and bearings inspected (all in excellent condition), stock clutch replaced with a Barrnet clutch, and put it back together with all new gaskets and o-rings. Other New Parts:Caliper rebuilt, Master cylinder rebuilt, Seat cover, Gas cap latch, Gas cap gasket, Rear tank mount rubber, Fuel valve rebuilt w/ new bowl, battery, fuses, Keyster carb kit, Air filter, Oil filter, Bridgstone Spitfire tires w/ tubes, Steel baffles, Rt side cover emblems, Chain and Sprockets, Fork seals, Z1 rear shocks, Electronic ignition (no points)Reconditioned Parts:Aluminum parts nicely polished - Engine covers, Forks, Float bowlsChrome covers cleanedClutch cover and rear brake cover painted w/ Aluminum engine enamelWheels were acid washed and sprayed with rust preventing primer (RPP), covered with durable gloss black engine enamel, then cured.Seat pan was sand blasted. Sprayed w/ (RPP), Top covered with rubberized coating, bottom w/ black engine enamal. Then recovered.Side covers each had small cracks that were welded from the back. Almost can't tell from the outside except for the crack in the paint. Not warped. Frame resprayed with black pearl base coat-clear coat. Can see it unless you look close, very nice. Tag was not sprayed over.Tach and Speedometer carefully resprayed w/ engine enamel. Reinstalled w/ new acorn nuts and hardware.
