I've had it since 1999, straight off the lot. I bought it as a left over 1998. I wanted it the first time I saw it. No mods, all factory spec One owner 1998 Volvo C70 with high pressure turbo and Pro Logic 3CD in dash 400 watt stereo system. It has been my daily driver until this last week when I bought a wagon version of this car. This C70 and I have been all over the country together and it has never let me down. It has lived a full life and shows it. Below you will find details concerning the shape. Until last week I drove 300 miles per week to and from work. Mostly dealer maintained. Just had the oil changed Friday I've never had any engine or transmission or turbo mechanical issues, in fact I've experienced no major mechanical issues ever. The ABS module needs to be replaced. This will cost $150 but the speedometer and odometer only work occasionally because of it. The odometer reads in the 175K mile range but the car probably has over 200K miles and runs fine In the first 50K miles or so the car was involved in 2 small accidents but has NO residual issues because of it and is NOT a salvage car The car is strong and the turbo is fast. Minimal rust on the entire car. Some small spots. Quite a few scratches, curb rash, and a couple dings on the body. Thule rack included What it needs: - Could use a tune up - Last Timing belt change was at 155K miles in 2006 - Very slow leak in power steering; I add fluid every 3-4 months or so - Will require tires soon - Needs the ABS module ( $150 for a refurbished one ) - Needs inspection - Has a thumb size ding in the windshield but won't prevent inspection - The leather on the seats has had some stitching come undone and shows wear, see pics Superb in the snow. The automatic transmission is excellent in this car with the option of sport mode, economy mode, or winter mode which starts the car off in 3rd gear for better traction Call or email with any questions It is the buyers responsibility to arrange meeting and payment.
