8-cylinder, 389 cu. in. Body in good shape, but right-rear side had dent (see picture). Car was bought new by my parent and has always been in our family and always garaged. Paint: Has been repainted once, but has some chips and blemishes. Electrical: all windows, top up/down, and antenna up/down in working order. AC works but needs Freon. Clock doesn’t work; needs new contacts. AM Radio: only picks up very strong signals; will need to be fixed or replaced. Top: Replaced only a few years ago and has a glass back window. Rocker Panels: solid and straight.Fenders: solid and straight. Seats: Front driver's seat has leather section that is cracked; passenger side has cracking, but not torn. Back seat in good condition. Body Lettering: on the trunk, the one “E” is missing. Side Windows: driver’s side crank needs to be replaced because the plastic knob came off; I have the knob. Passenger side window leaves about 1/2" opening when closed. Terms of Sale: Payment: Deposit of US $300 within forty-eight hours of auction close. Full payment required within seven days of auction close, by cashier’s check, certified funds, or bank-to-bank wire transfer. Vehicle will not be released until payment funds clear. If funds are not received and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-served basis, and the US $300 deposit will be forfeited. Car is sold as is, with no warranties expressed or implied by the seller. As with any used vehicle, minor signs of wear may become more obvious under close inspection, such as small chips or nicks, light scratches or minor abrasions, wheel scuffs, and other indications of normal wear and tear. I will not and cannot be held liable or responsible for these issues. Bidders are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle described above.
