1965 Chevy EL Camino 65 ElCamino Low Reserve Hi, You are bidding on a piece of American history. 1965 Chevy EL Camino. Pick-up ONLY in Linthicum, Maryland (Delivery available for a fee). Vehicle must be picked up and paid for within ten days of auction end, unless other arrangements are made in advance. I am listing this 1965 El Camino for my dad. He bought it in November 2010 with plans to make it a daily driver, he has since lost interest. During the fall/winter he did some work on it; valve/side cover gaskets, plugs, points, tune-up, replaced heater motor with a used on, speedometer cable, transmission mounts, etc. This El Camino has a 230 6 cyl, 3 speed manual transmission with floor shifter, and it has bucket seats out of a Chevrolet. The odometer shows 99,462, but the true mileage is unknown, because it had a broken speedometer cable. The frame has had some welded repairs in the normal spots.
