Vehicle Detail

This is an very clean and well maintained Miata that has been prepped for Autocross, trackdays, or just spirited daily driving. The car is an absolute animal and very exciting to drive but at the same time it's very approachable and easy to use. The list of parts on this car is long and expensive and puts this car in an entirely different league from a stock Miata. The chassis has high miles, but nearly every wearing part you can think of has been replaced with a younger or higher performance part. It is the cleanest and nicest car I've owned. The body and frame is free from rust (spent most of its life in Texas), and the interior, engine compartment, and underside are remarkably clean and well cared for. There is a dent on the passenger side door as well as on the trunk lid. Some clear coat peeling on the passenger side fender, but no body rust on the car. The driver's seat is mounted to the floor (not on sliders) and set up for a 6' tall driver. I am 6'0" with a 32 waist and the seating position fits like a glove. I bought this car about 1 year ago from an engineer/Miata enthusiast. He obtained the car fully built up from a friend and took the car's original engine to put in his own racer. This Miata now has a younger, fully stock engine and 5sp transmission from a 1990 Miata with about 115k on them. At the time of the engine swap, the previous owner changed the timing belt, seals and gaskets. The car is running fresh coolant and brake fluid, recent Mobil1 synthetic, shifter turret lube, and new Redline transmission fluid. No expense or effort has been spared on this car. If you've never owned one of these cars before, they are extremely easy to work on with simple construction and lots of room to work in. Parts and upgrades are readily available and cheap, and I've gotten 31.6MPG average in the last 9376 miles. That's with just ~30% highway and I'm certainly not trying to save gas... PRICING: $4250 We all know that adding parts to a car never increases the car's value by the same amount. In this instance though the modifications have been executed very nicely and they do all work together wonderfully for a complete and cohesive package. The price for this car is $4250. If this Miata sounds like your dream Miata, there is no way you will be able to recreate this for just $4250. *CLICK ANY PHOTO TO SEE THE FULL ALBUM* or click HERE Here's the list of parts on the car. Where applicable I provide a link to more info on each item, and the price for the new part so you can get an idea of the level of expense that has gone into this machine.
