Up for sale is a 1960 Saab 93F with vin#74235. The F-series was the last of the Saab 93 model line, manufactured in 1960 only, they were updated with front hinged doors, rear wheel mudflaps and a larger radiator. Only around 600 Saab 93F's were ever produced. This car must have seen racing activity due to old stickers on both doors trunk and hood and steel gussets welded to the wheels. mr. Bruce Turk confirmed the wheels have welded gussets; the same as used on road racing Saabs in the late 50's and early 60's. During the late 50's and early 60's it was common practice, with racing, to strengthen the wheels around the lug nuts so the wheels would not crack when going around turns This Saab was rescued from a parts yard here in Texas.Original chassis number on the original tag is still in front trunk panel.
