THE HISTORY The X5 3.0i Sport Activity Vehicle has only 92,772 miles on it... that less than 9800 miles per year of driving !!! The VIN is WBAFA53511LM83331. It was built at BMW's Spartanburg Assembly Plant in South Carolina USA in March of 2001. It was sold Brand New by Downtown BMW in Toronto Ontario Canada on June 18th of 2001 with just 24 miles on the odometer. This original owner lived in Toronto Canada and kept the X5 normally serviced and maintained at the BMW dealer. In February of 2005, this original owner moved to South Florida and brought this X5 with them. They traded this X5 into Lauderdale Imports BMW in Fort Lauderdale Florida with just 33,507 miles on the odometer on a brand new X5 they had for sale. Lauderdale Imports BMW had no trouble finding this X5 a new owner. This second owner lived in Fort Lauderdale Florida and kept this X5 normally serviced at our german service center as he was already a long time customer with his Porsche 911 and his wife's ML320. During a visit to our service center this customer saw a stunning 2008 Mercedes ML350 we had for sale and fell in love with it. After enoying this X5 for about six years, he decided the ML350 had to come home with him and he traded in this X5 to us. This took place on August 3rd of 2011 with just 92,745 miles on the odometer. I am now proud to offer this X5 3.0i for sale here on eBay. THE CONDITION It starts right up and purrs... She is very peppy and I drove it on the highway and looked down and saw I was doing 80 and the engine had plenty more power to give me. The vehicle looks absolutly amazing for its age and mileage although it does have a few stone chips and a few surface scuffs/scratches are evident here and there. The vehicle does have some touched up scratches here and there. The interior shows very little wear... the leather looks very clean and is free of any tears or fade. The wood trim is free of any fade. Some of the rims have some curb rash. The tires on this BMW are BridgeStone Dueler H/L Alenza P235/65R17 104H's with approx 90% of tread life left in them. I have two master keys, the original carpet floormats, the cargo cover, and the owners manuals. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Since this vehicle was sold brand new in Canada it has a couple of features that benefit you if you wish to import this X5 into Canada. The vehicle already has daytime running lamps. Also, the speedometer face plate is in KMH as well as the fuel indicator face plate is in litres. The vehicle has a Canadian VIN sticker as well. The vehicle is currently with a Florida Title, which means if you do not wish to send the vehicle to Canada, you do not have any issues, just take the FL title to your DMV and transfer it into your name and receive a title from your state. If you wish to change the speedometer faceplate to MPH and fuel faceplate to gallons, then this can be done at any BMW dealership for a minimal expense, however, you do not need to do anything if you dont mind it.
