For sale – 1972 Dodge Challenger – fully restored with 318 bored 30 over, 360 heads, mopar cam with 450 duration and 455 lift. Edelbrock aluminum intake, holley carburetor. 727 transmission automatic slapstick with shift kit. 3.91 posi traction rearend with 789 case. The car has headers and 2-1/2” flowmaster exhaust with dual tips. This car runs extremely well. The car is wearing all original metal except the quarter panels which were professionally replaced. Underside of car was sandblasted and painted with epoxy primer and plum crazy paint and cleared to match the very straight and super paint job on body. PPG paint and clear was used. A white rallye stripe was added to body which stands out nice with the purple to go with the white interior. Seats were recovered with Legendary seat covers. Headliner and carpet are also new. All stainless was removed and professionally buffed prior to painting. Front and rear bumper are brand new. It sports American Racing Torque Thrust II 15” with BF Goodrich radial tires. This car was never driven in rain or been subject to any foul weather. The car shows very well and has won best of show at area car show. I know this is not a numbers matching car, but this car was done correctly. If you are looking for a turn key Challenger to turn heads, this is the car for you.
