Ran out of Storage! Up for sale is a very nice limited edition Corvette Convertible. I bought the corvette in October of 03. I am the second owner. The car had been hit in the left front by a drunk driver. The car comes with a "RECONSTRUCTED" title. Both the original owner and myself are seniors. I am a retired GM mechanic and this was a fun project to undertake eight years ago. I bought the car for $9,600 and have receipts for anouther $4,914.00 to restore the car, not including any labor. I replaced the front fenders & hood and left front suspenion pieces. The front frame horns were out of alignment by 1 &1/2 inches and had to be straightened. After the repairs I had the nose of the car professionally painted and they did a "Spot On" job matching the original colors. The car has been very dependable with no lasting issues. Interesting, the airconditioner never lost it's charge and still blows cold today! There were 522 Pace Cars produced in 95 and this car was made towards the end of the run. The car was made for export to Canada so the gauges read both in metric and standard. All the Pace Cars came fully loaded with the same options. The car is not perfect but is very , very nice.
