Mercedes Benz of Ft. Lauderdale confirms this Smoke Silver 190 2.3 16 Valve is in Mint Condition! Since many of the callers ask “how can they tell the car is really in great shape” - I took it for a multi -point pre purchase inspection at my cost. Please see attached Pre-Purchase Inspection performed 6/30/11. This MINT condition 16 Valve is in perfect condition. There are no leaks, no drivetrain, suspension or exhaust issues with the car. Mercedes Benz did recommend that in the coming 6 months replacing the rear brake pads and do a system flush. Additionally, for cosmetic reasons - if you truly want it in pristine condition - to replace valve covers. Check the front page, no leaks, and no worries. Tires are brand new. Please feel free to contact service manager - I am sure they will remember the car - given the repsonse I got when I took it in. In comparison to some of the lessor quality 16 valves that have been posted over the last month, this one is much higher quality and virtually risk free. The price you pay represents your true cost – NO HIDDEN ISSUES.
