Porsche 1998 911 993 Cabriolet C2 6 Speed I purchased this car in March 2003 as a “Certified Pre-owned Car” from a Porsche dealer in Virginia. The car had 25,500 miles when I purchased it and now has 40,800. During my ownership, it was always garaged and not driven in the winter or rain. There is no accident history. The car was carefully driven, by a non-smoker and no pets. The color combination is the classic Artic Silver with full leather Boxter Red interior with gray top and boot. Having the dash color match the interior lends an integrated look as opposed to the standard black plastic. The instrument panel has the traditional 911 black-faced gauges with black trim rings and white numerals. http://photobucket.com/1998Porsche993 Originally a California car it appears to have been special ordered based o the many options including: Xenon Lights CD Player Motor Sound 18” Twist Wheels Wind Blocker Power Seats (Driver/Passenger) Complete Leather Interior Supple Leather Seats Colored Wheel Crests Unusual Exterior Color Package The Aero Package; (Splitter Chin and Rocker Trim) were extras and add a special look. It has Continental tires with 15,000 on the front and maybe 5,000 on the rears. Included in the pictures are a close up of the factory build sticker, and a small scratch on the hood. All four wheels are in good condition with no curbing. The car is stock except for the coco mats. It is a good looking and driving car and of course the last of the air-cooled design stretching back to the 1948 356-1.
