Up for sale is one 1968 Amc Rebel 770 sedan. 61k. 290 4bbl. Auto. Engine has been upgraded with 670 Holley carb,Crane cam, AirGap intake,Harland Sharp roller rockers,Hei. Transmission is from a 70 Amx. Car has had one exterior repaint. 99% rust free. Interior is stock with exception of the seats, which came from a 71 matador patrol car. 2.87 twin grip rear end, swaybar and Rebel machine springs all sourced from a 73 401 ambassador. Disc brakes and calipers are new . Dual exhaust is new from exhaust manifolds back. Rare factory AM/FM radio works. Car runs and drives excellent. I have owned it 10 years. No surprises.
