Vehicle Detail

This is a 1982 Porsche 911SC sunroof coupe selling at no reserve. The car has 127k original miles. Factory sport seats. It is the original paint- dark copper/brown metallic. It is a special “paint to sample” order color. The front hood is showing its age with spots of the original clearcoat chipping off and road rash. The car is structurally very solid with the exception to the passenger side lower door jamb. This is a common area to rust due to old door rubbers not sealing out water from coming in. The exterior is not perfect and showing it’s age. A few rust bubbles have started to form around the fuel cap door and around the front headlight ring. The interior is all original and very presentable. The passenger side seat bottom has a big split. the driver side seat is showing its age. The driver's side door pocket has been taken off but it is included. The headliner is in good shape. Sunroof works great. The engine runs ok, but probably needs a tune-up. Sounds like a misfire on one of the cylinders. I think it may need new plugs and wires, which is common for these cars. Brakes fantastic, shifts great(syncros are great), clutch is perfect. The clutch has about 18k miles on it. Carrera hydraulic chain tensioners were installed. A new dash was put in to replace the old warped dash. This was a very costly repair. At the same time a new windshield was put in. Also new ball joints and turbo tie rods were installed. New shocks and struts installed according to the previous owner. One thing I recommend doing is lowering the ride height in the front and rear though. Factory A/C however the evaporator is disconnected, but comes with the car. I have the original owners manual with the original owner's name and dealer service stamps. I also have a CoA from Porsche listed with all the information of the car (build date, options, etc…) All in all, this is far from a show car, but a great driver-type car that could use a tune-up and just hop in and go. I have a free and clear title. I can help with shipping anywhere in the U.S and also to Europe. Remember I am listing this car with NO RESERVE, so it will sell! Please feel free to ask any questions.
