1999 BMW R-Series

This "James Bond" Bike is a 1999 BMW R1200C with only original 7725 miles (may be more, based upon date of sale). Included is Tank Bag and Air Hawk Seats, Hard Leather Luggage Cases, with waterproof liners, bike cover and Windshield. Additionally, there are factory 'crash bars', which are excellent leg rests. I have added an additional utility plug for phone. There are two electrical outlets on this bike.I am the second owner, and bought the C bike with only 2700 miles on it last winter. I replaced original tires with new Metzlers and serviced bike at my local BMW motorcycle shop. Also bought a new battery for it. There are three small blemishes: a small scratch on front fender and a small dimple (half of dime in size) on right side of tank 6 inches up from the seat, really not noticeable. Third blemish is an abrasion of the chrome bar under the the left crash bar...not noticeable unless examined underneath. By the way, the Green Metallic color is fairly rare...eye catching!This summer I took it to SD, MT, WY and CO on a 2763 mile road trip. It is the most comfortable bike I have ever ridden on a road trip. The reason I am selling it is to buy a GS adventure. I'm headed off-road. This is my third BMW motorcycle. I love them! You will pleased at this bike's power (5speed transmission) and agility.
