1993 GEO METRO 56K MILES - AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION Up for auction is the Geo Metro pictured. This is the highly desirable 3 cylinder hatchback model netting about 40 mpg! Best of all, this little gas sipper less than 56,000 miles on her! The Metro is powered by a 3 cylinder Suzuki engine mated with an automatic transmission. It is equipped with a factory AM/FM stereo system, cup holders, side view mirrors and more. It starts easy and drives good, stops good too!. Lights, blinkers and gauges work. Horn works. Wipers work. Rubber is good. Interior is excellent. No leaking fluids were noted. Complete with spare and jack. The windows are manual, it does have auto-locking doors and a rear window defogger. Radio works but the reception seems bad. Wipers and washer work. As seen in the pics, the body of the car is nice, but the paint has some clear coat peel on the roof, some oxidation and some mismatched touch-up paint is also present. The rear bumper cover has a crack. The underbody of the car has been undercoated and appears clean. All the glass is great The exhaust has a leak, but it's not too loud. No idiot or warning lights are on and the operating temp is right where it should be. No strange noises or sounds come from the engine or transmission. This car is ready to be driven right now. I'm sure 99.9% of you know this, but just to confirm, the car is a Geo Metro not a honda civic. It was placed in the wrong category. And yes, there was a chevy metro.but this is a Geo Metro. It has a stock radio that works but the reception does not appear too good, but I'm in a rural location. It has black tape framing a front corner light, but I don't know why. The light works fine. Wisconsin residents will be required to pay state fees. Out of state residents will simply get the title and pay the fees in their home state. The clear coat peel/oxidized paint appears to be primarily on the roof, hood and front fenders. The car has a few small rust bubbles and a couple of small dents. The tires are very good.
